B) Partner WOD: 100/80 calorie row-100 burpees onto a plate-100/80 calorie row
*Partners must switch off every 25/20 cals on the row.
* Each partner has a plate (45/25lb). Each burpee finishes with athlete jumping on and off of their plate. Athlete does not put hands on plate during pushup portion. Person not doing burpees must hold their plate (45/25lb) locked out overhead for burpee reps to count.
