Intervals 1-2: 5 touch and go squat cleans

Intervals 3-4: 4 touch and go squat cleans

Intervals 5-6: 3 touch and go squat cleans

Intervals 7-10: 2 touch and go squat cleans

B) 21-15-9 push press (95/65lb)- burpee.

Rest exactly 2 minutes.

Then 15-12-9 push jerk (135/95lb)- bar over burpee

15 slamballs (40/20lb)-sprint 200m.

Rest approximately 3 minutes between efforts.

C) Challenge:

Max rep bar facing burpees in 1 minute.

*Yes you’ll have to set up a bar with plates on it just for this.

*EMOM 5 heavy goblet squats (70/53lb)

*14 minute time cap

*So at the start of every minute including the first minute, athletes must knock out 5 heavy goblet squats before they rack up their jumprope reps.

5 strict pullups-10 db seesaw press (5/side)- 10 single leg RDLS (5/side) (1 db in each hand) – 30 sec elbow plank.

3) 4 toes to bar – 8 pushups- 12 air squats or 3-6-9

4) 10 OH plate lunges + 5-10 plate GTOH

5) 30-60 double unders

Metcon class 

Partner WOD. One person works at a time. Split up reps however desired.

5 rounds of : Row 40 calories-30 db thrusters (35/25lb) -20 pullups-10 renegade row pushups.

*After every round both partners must bear crawl 1x around the rig.
