B) 3 minute EMOM finisher for max total reps: 1) Push press (95/65lb) 2) power clean 3) OH lunge
Metcon class
A) 6×2 min on 2 off alternating between 1) 8 db hang squat cleans + 8 burpees 2) 10 db STOH + 10 box jumps
B) Heavy 200m farmers carry. Everytime you set the dbs/kbs down do 10 air squats before picking weight up again
